Are you currently experiencing a timeline shift?
Let’s face it, it sounds like something straight out of a sci-fi movie! Imagine moving through time, having the superpower to actually float through the past, present and future and visit any timeline you want!
The reality is slightly different.
So what is a timeline shift?
It is when you take a quantum leap and shift to a higher level of vibration.
The future is never fully certain. We always have choices that determine how life will unfold. Imagine the game where you have multiple doorways and you can choose one.
Each timeline shift moves us into a higher vibrational level. Our heart emits a frequency and as we vibrationally rise, we attract a higher level of reality than where we were before.
I describe it as climbing a staircase. On each step, we have a level of reality. This is our life as we know it, our everyday humdrum existence, our relationships, our careers, friends, goals, likes, dislikes, emotions, everything in our current reality.
Each level has a different level of these things - the higher the step, the more conscious the relationship, more abundance financially, emotionally, physically, a healthier body, a content life.
When we do vibrate on a higher frequency we have the choice - stay on the same level or climb up the step.
Thing is, it’s not a simple change - sometimes not even a chosen change. We resist change, we want to cling to the familiar. We stay in relationships that are long past their expiry date, we stay in jobs that don’t give us satisfaction because we can’t let go of the financial security. The drudgery of the known is preferable to the fear of the unknown. Because to step into the unknown and attract the next level, we first have to be brave enough to let go of the same in our present reality.
It’s a push and pull of the ego and the soul. And it’s incredibly painful.
It’s being forced to let go of old patterns of thought, old reactions, old thinking and accepting new and fresh perspective. It’s literally changing ourselves on a cellular level.
Sometimes change is thrust upon you in the form of divorce, bereavement, sudden loss, health issues and illnesses.
This happened with me, with the end of my marriage, which was a shock to me. I was an ostrich with its head buried in the sand, refusing to see the inevitable till it struck me to the core. My marriage had become my identity to such an extent that I had lost myself.
In that grief and pain, I had a choice. I could stay on the same level, embrace my victimhood completely and accept what life had dealt me with, give my power away or climb up to the next step.
If I was to climb up the staircase, it would mean facing myself to dig deeper and ask the question - Who am I ?
It submerged me in levels of self awareness, self intimacy, self acceptance and self love not felt before, a deeper layer with every step i climbed.
My timeline shift removed anything, anyone, any goal that I had outgrown. As painful as it felt, I had a knowing in my soul that it was time to let go, so I let them go. As I climbed the staircase, I kept losing so much, friends, family, colleagues, relationships, jobs. This meant I had to face all my fears one by one - abandonment, validation, rejection, loneliness, loss, guilt, and hopelessness.
Whenever anger, hate, grief, pain, fear or disappointment came up, I didn’t run away from it but I faced them, accepted them, processed them as they came up and transmuted them to love and peace.
Each time I did that, I moved into a higher timeline, and everything I had lost was replaced with something more valuable, more aligned with me, that was a perfect fit for who I was becoming.
If you’re on the brink of a timeline shift, feel the fear and take the plunge. It will be the hardest but the most rewarding journey of your entire life and the life you will live after that will be a life fully lived, being the real authentic you.
Love and light.
